Susan is also the co-author of “Healing at Work: An Adult Survivor’s Guide to Using Career Conflicts to Overcome Your Past and Build the Future You Deserve”, with Martha Finney. The book is for professionals, with a focus on Adult Survivors of a Damaged Past (ASDP), who may be experiencing more stress, anxiety and worry at work than they want. We teach pragmatic workplace skills and new ways of thinking that allow our followers to leverage the workplace as a laboratory for practicing powerful and healthy ways of dealing with conflict and difficulty. The main purpose of the book is to teach readers greater self acceptance to create more joyful lives and organizations
