Seth offers significant value from both the internal practitioner and external consultant perspectives having worked on all sides of enterprise HR technology projects including research, business case, and RFP to implementation, change management, and adoption. Seth combines his experiencing working in large global complex matrix organisations with a Masters in human resources development and an Executive MBA helping clients transform their employee experience and ways of work.
