I can’t hear or see the speaker’s presentation. What should I do?

Please try logging out and logging back into the platform, if that still does not work, please try a different web browser.

Will the presentation videos be available to watch after the event ends?

Yes, we will send you the Slides and Recordings after the event. It may take us a few days since we need to edit the videos. Please be patient and thank you for the understanding.

Can I get access to the presentation slides?

How can I submit a question to the speaker?

If you are watching the event through the GoToWebinar platform, you can place your questions in the Question Box on the right-hand side menu (Grey Menu).

How can I participate in polls?

If you are watching this through the GoToWebinar Platform, the Poll Questions will appear on your screen when they are created live by the admins. Select your answer and submit.
